Shipping
We have chosen CTT as our official carrier due to their reliability, nationwide and international coverage, and detailed tracking system. Free shipping is available for mainland Portugal. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders include tracking. If you’re not home during delivery, CTT will leave a pickup notice.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 business days, provided the item is returned:
• In perfect condition, as sold;
• With the original invoice;
• With all tags (fabric and paper) intact;
• In the original packaging, including all accessories.
We do not accept returns for items that are:
• Altered, washed, or worn;
• With odors or damage from misuse;
• Missing tags or original packaging.
Important notes:
• We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or improper washing.
• We recommend checking the “Care” section for each item before use.
• To ensure the right fit, please consult the “Size Guide” before purchasing.
Exchange Process
The customer sends the item to our warehouse.
The Pet Club covers the shipping costs for the replacement item (mainland Portugal only).
After inspection and approval, we will contact you to confirm the new item’s availability.
If there is a price difference, our IBAN will be provided for payment adjustment.
Once payment is confirmed, the new item will be shipped.
Return Process
The customer covers return shipping costs.
After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
How to Request an Exchange/Return
Fill out the online form on our website, indicating:
Item reference and size to be exchanged/returned;
New item reference and size (if applicable).
Send the item with the invoice to our warehouse.
After confirmation, we will process the exchange or refund.
Note:
• For Multibanco payments, please provide your IBAN for refund processing.
• We recommend using registered mail or courier services for secure returns.

Yes, our pieces follow standard sizing charts. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the best fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we suggest sizing up.
We deliver within 2-5 business days (mainland Portugal). For international orders, delivery times vary between 5-15 business days.
